Return Policy

This Return Policy describes the cancellation and refund terms for subscriptions to Chargelydynam desk movement services. We are based at Innspurten 16G, 0663 Oslo, Norway.

Digital Service Nature

Our service consists of digital content — movement routine libraries, timer tools, and integrations — delivered electronically upon subscription activation. No physical products are shipped.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven) and EU consumer protection rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for new subscriptions, provided you have not begun using the paid features.

If you access the full Break Vault or activate team integrations within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that digital delivery has begun and the right of withdrawal may be waived with your explicit consent at checkout.

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Emailing info@chargelydynam.world with your account email and cancellation request.
  • Calling +47 22 44 45 55 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET).
  • Using the account settings page if available in your subscriber dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Withdrawal within 14 days where paid features were not accessed.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors — full refund of the erroneous amount.
  • Extended service outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours — pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial months after service use has begun, except as required by law.

Team and Enterprise Plans

Team Starter and Enterprise Movement plans may have separate contractual terms agreed at onboarding. Cancellation and refund for these plans follow the terms specified in your service agreement or, if none exists, the standard terms on this page.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Downgrading

You may downgrade from a team plan to a solo plan or reduce user count at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact us to arrange changes.

Disputes

If you disagree with a billing or refund decision, contact us at info@chargelydynam.world. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days. Norwegian consumers may also contact Forbrukerrådet for guidance.
